The project is located south of the Metropolitan Boulevard, between Lespinay street and Antonia-Dagenais Boulevard.
The 607-unit building with an useable area of nearly 41,807 sq. m. has 20 levels made with reinforced concrete, including two levels of indoor parking space.
Given its complex geometrical shape, the mansard roof and the three clock towers were built in structural steel.
The foundations rest on high capacity rock. The rock excavation was done through dynamiting with reduced wave propagation speeds to account for existing buildings.
