The Key Centre consists of two 20-storey office towers located in downtown Buffalo, New York. Both buildings were designed with a reinforced concrete structure.
This prestigious complex of 92,903 sq. m. also contains underground parking (464 spots), a 1,747 sq. m. atrium, an outdoor skating rink, fountains, as well as a structural landscaping.
It was the first time a “Flying Forms” system was used in Buffalo. The excavation was complicated as it was located directly on the street limits and close to neighboring buildings. A skating rink was built on the terrace between the two office towers.
