The Faubourg St-Laurent is a residential complex located on René-Levesque Boulevard, between St-Dominique and Hôtel-de-Ville streets. This project was done in three distinctive phases for a total of 814 dwellings.
This high quality project helps restructure a neighborhood of central Montreal and address a lack of high-standard accommodation in the area. The three stages are erected around inner courtyards in a European manner. These places accessible to the public are interconnected by gateways (originally porte-cochere). In addition, parking entrances in the basement were strategically placed so as not to increase the traffic in the surrounding streets.
