This project is located in the Charles-Lemoyne neighborhood in Longueuil, near the Longueuil subway station and the University of Sherbrooke campus. A pedestrian pathway is in place to help guide residents to the station.
The BLU Rivage stands out for its height, over 67.5 metres, surpassing most of the surrounding buildings. A total of 225 condominium units on 25 floors are providing residents with a splendid view of the St. Lawrence River, downtown Montreal and the Montérégie. In addition, the building also includes a unit available for guests. It features a 3-level, above ground, heated parking area (each level 2,221 sq. m.) to accommodate 225 vehicles and 28 spaces for bicycles.
An original design by Sylvie Perrault Architects, the main idea is “to have a full facade with significant fenestration all around the building”. The building includes a magnificent garden with a water basin and fountain about a foot deep, all mounted on the basilaire of the parking roof.
